KRCYUK builds bespoke CRM and AI systems for mid-market firms in regulated, document-heavy verticals (legal, accounting, logistics, property). The platform combines a reusable AI agent runtime with vertical templates so each client gets an enterprise-grade system tailored to their workflow at SMB cost.
EU Reg. 651/2014 fit
KRCYUK qualifies as a 'Startup' under EU Regulation 651/2014: it is an unlisted small enterprise, will be registered for less than five years, has not distributed profits, and was not formed through a merger. The company is innovative through significant technological risk in orchestrating LLM agents over private business data and a disruptive delivery model that combines bespoke engineering with reusable platform IP.
Target market & growth
Initial focus: Cyprus + UK mid-market firms (50–500 employees) in legal, accounting and logistics. Year 1: 10 paying clients, €120k revenue. Year 3: €850k revenue, 7 staff, expansion into Greece and Ireland. Reachable market in 5 years: ~€120M.
Who is involved
Kevin Reynolds — sole founder and 100% shareholder. Founding engineer to be hired in Year 1 and Client Solutions Lead in Year 2 (both Cyprus-based hires).
